By participating in the the voting system or nominating a candidate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and that you are aged over 18. |

Voting is available online only. The email address provided will be automatically added to our mailing list. Name, Email, Telephone/Mobile must be completed to make your vote/nomination valid. |

Votes received outside the specified times will not be counted. Voting times may change. |

Only one online vote or nomination of candidate is permitted per person/per email. |

Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. |

Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting. |

If there is evidence to suggest that an entrant or anyone working on their behalf has attempted to manipulate the voting result, then this could lead to disqualification of the relevant entry and the annulment of all votes for that entry. |

Spiritual ConneXtions has the right to suspend, withdraw or re-set voting at any time. |

Candidates for each category will be decided on the basis of the most votes. The four candidates with the most votes will be put forward as a nominee in accordance with these rules. |

There will be one winner in each category, who will be decided on the basis of the most votes and the services they have given to the community, such as charitable work etc. In the event the Vote is declared null and void, Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to reach a result by means to be determined at the time. |

In the event of a tie in the number of votes received in any one category, Spiritual ConneXtions will look at the services each person/service has helped in the community and judge which deserves the winning vote. Spiritual ConneXtions decision will be final. |

Spiritual ConneXtions, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any network/broadband, system, server, email system, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. |

Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any amendments will be published here - Last updated 08.03.08. |

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by United Kingdom Law. |
