Spiritual ConneXtions Acknowledgement Awards 2008

To enter our competition to win a pair of VIP Friday night award ceremony tickets, all you have to do is 'vote & make a difference' using the link below.

The winner will receive the following prizes:

	Two VIP tickets
	Complimentary photograph taken before the event
	4 course Dinner with Drinks
	After-show party invitation

Note the VIP dinner is evening wear only (dinner jacket & evening gown).

Terms & Privacy:

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter our competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Competitions are not open to employees, contractors or support staff (or members of their immediate families) of Spiritual ConneXtions.

3. No purchase necessary but voting is required to validate your entry.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. If you want to enter our competition you must have a valid email address where a confirmation code will be sent, once you have received your code you must enter this to make your entry and nomination/vote valid.

6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

7. The winner will be the entrant who completes all sections of the voting/nominations form correctly.

8. The closing date is August 1st 2008; Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

9. If you're the competition winner, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winner's name will be placed under this section of the web site after the closing date.

11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Spiritual ConneXtions may require.

12. The winner will be chosen at random by an independent person not associated with Spiritual ConneXtions.

13. The prize will not be transferable to another person, you will be asked to provide ID when attending the event.

14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

17. This competition is being run by Spiritual ConneXtions and no 3rd party company or organisation is involved.

18. Please read our Privacy notice below which tells you how we use any personal information we collect about you by entering a competition.

19. Spiritual ConneXtions reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Spiritual ConneXtions may also create rules which will apply to any specific competition for our event. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

20. Spiritual ConneXtions will endeavor to send the winning tickets 10 days prior the event. If no tickets are sent we may contact you with alternative arrangements. Spiritual ConneXtions cannot guarantee delivery time of tickets if sent via mail.

We log your Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to receive and send information from and to you over the internet.

When you register your vote/nomination, you will be asked to provide some personal data such as your name, location, email address and phone number (including mobile).

We use the information you supply to shape our marketing strategy (newsletters etc) and also send you targeted information about the services from Spiritual ConneXtions, and to inform you about changes and improvements to our website, and for direct marketing purposes (but we do give you the option to opt out of this).

The information provided by you will not be sent or sold to any 3rd parties without your permission.
